A Wright City man accused of firing shots at the tires of vehicle is facing felony charges in the incident.Michael Ray Lemons, 43, is charged with third-degree domestic assault, first-degree child endangerment and unlawful use of a weapon.At 9:05 p.m. Jan. 13, a Warren County deputy responded to a report that Lemons and the victim had been arguing. When the victim and her two children tried to leave in a vehicle, Lemons allegedly fired five rounds from a .38 caliber handgun at the tires of the vehicle.While leaving the driveway, Lemons pointed the weapon at one of the children and shook the gun at him, according to court documents.The incident happened at a home in the 28000 block of Nature Drive in Wright City.Police found five bullet holes containing fired rounds in the ground about 1 foot from the tire tracks left by the vehicle.Lemons told police that he fired the rounds into the ground.
