A large event featuring re-enactors, colorguard, gun salute, live music and more is designed to honor the unknown Civil War veterans buried in a mass grave at Harmonie Church.
The event is scheduled for noon Nov. 4 at the church cemetery, 24924 S. Stracks Church Road in Wright City.
Soldiers from both the Union and Confederate armies are buried in the mass grave.
A grave marker will be dedicated during the event.
