For the 25th year, the Wright City Cemetery was decorated with the Avenue of Flags for the Labor Day Holiday. The event is put on by the Wright City Cemetery Memorial Society and the cemetery is decorated every Memorial Day Weekend, Flag Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day.
Flags can be purchased to be displayed for $50, contact Karen Cox, auxiliary member with questions or to order a flag in memory or honor of someone at 636-384-0539.
