The public is invited to attend the spring Montgomery County Women’s Ag Awareness meeting Thursday, April 14, at Montgomery County High School, 394 N. Highway 19, Montgomery City.Vendors will be available, beginning at 5 p.m., with a meal served at 6 p.m.Capt. Steve Engemann will be addressing the group, highlighting the importance of reliable river transportation on the Missouri River and its impact. In addition to managing Hermann Sand and Gravel, Engemann is actively engaged in numerous Missouri River Relief organizations and provides barge transportation from Iowa to Louisiana.Please RSVP by April 8, by calling 573-564-3715 extension 3. Attendees must pay $10 in advance to Montgomery County Soil and Water Conservation District. The meal will be provided by Montgomery County High School FACS class.
