A 37-year-old Truesdale woman is facing criminal charges stemming from a shopping trip to the Warrenton Walmart where she allegedly stole items valued at over $700, police said.
Lisa M. Randazzo, who resides in the Belaire Mobile Home Park, was charged last week with felony stealing and misdemeanor first-degree trespassing. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Her bond was set at $10,000.
According to the probable cause statement, Warrenton police were dispatched to the store on March 3 to investigate the incident from two days earlier. Store employees reported Randazzo had a shopping cart full of items and proceeded to the self-checkout section. She scanned her items and placed them into a cart. When it came time to pay, she swiped a credit card and left. Police said the payment transaction was declined.
Randazzo was previously caught stealing at Walmart on March 12, 2014, and is prohibited from being on the store's property, according to the probable cause statement.
