A 29-year-old was transported to the hospital with minor injuries following a three-vehicle crash Sunday, Feb. 22 around 10:30 a.m. at Interstate 70 eastbound near mile marker 195.2.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol traffic crash report, a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado driven by a 29-year-old female was following another vehicle too closely and veered off the right side of the roadway striking a 2024 Ram 5500 tow truck and a 2017 Honda Odyssey, which were parked the right side of the roadway. Neither the 23-year old male driver of the tow truck, nor the 48-year-old driver of the Honda were injured in the collision.
The female driver of the Chevy Colorado was transported by private vehicle to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol no longer releases the names of the occupants involved in injury crashes.
