An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for a Warren County woman who is accused of stealing money and assaulting
Ashley Marie Boyd, of the 18000 block of State Highway O, Marthasville, was charged with two felony counts of second-degree robbery and third-degree assault. According to the probable cause statement filed by Warren County deputy Patrick Schaumberg, the alleged incident was reported on July 10 when the male victim told the officer he was assaulted and robbed by his houseworker.
The victim, who said he is currently on disability for numerous health conditions, told the deputy Boyd came to his department demanding pain medication. Once the victim refused, Boyd struck the man with his walker and punched him in the head,.the probable cause statement shows.
After the incident, the victim told the deputy Boyd took $43 from his desk and fled the apartment.
