A second person is facing criminal charges following the discovery of a meth lab at a home in the 11000 block of Highway M outside of Wright City.Karen F. Garcia, of the 28000 block of Highway B, Warrenton, was charged last week with three felony charges for manufacturing a controlled substance, drug possession and child endangerment. An arrest warrant was issued March 9. A $50,000 cash-only bond has been set.Officers with the East Central Missouri Drug Task Force went to the home Feb. 23 and found numerous items commonly associated with making meth, according to the probable cause statement. A substance that was found in a jar tested positive for meth, authorities said. A 2-year-old child was in the home.Meth Bust
