An Old Monroe, Mo. woman was recently charged with possession of controlled substance for an incident that occurred Oct. 21, 2022.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department April 21, a deputy was performing patrol near the intersection of Highway 94 and Bluff Road when he observed a vehicle without a front license plate. The vehicle was a 2009 silver Lexus R2350 driven by Candice Davis-Olson.
The deputy noticed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and Davis-Olson admitted to smoking marijuana inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up psilocyn and several items containing THC, according to court records.
