Woman arrested with over 100 pills

Warren County authorities have charged a woman they say was in possession of more than 100 pills of prescription drugs and suspected heroin.Police were called to a business on Highway 47 Sept. 14 to check on an unconscious person in a vehicle, according to an arrest report. The woman, identified as Patricia A. Ludwig, 22, Warrenton, was soon arrested on drug delivery and possession charges.Police detected a slight odor of marijuana from the vehicle, leading to a search. A purse in the vehicle reportedly contained marijuana, dozens of various tranquilizer and narcotic pills, 59 pills identified as a hydrocodone mix, and multiple syringes containing suspected heroin.Ludwig was taken to the Warren County Jail, where more drug paraphernalia allegedly was found on her person. Police said she was carrying a plastic container and 23 pill capsules all containing suspected heroin or heroin residue.Ludwig is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of drug possession, all felonies, as well as a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge. A court hearing is scheduled for Oct. 3 in Warren County Circuit Court.
