Authorities have accused a Warren County woman of molesting two girls in 2012 when the children were 11 and 9 years old.Kelly E. McGee-Walters, 46, Warrenton, has been charged with two counts of first-degree child molestation. A warrant for her arrest includes a $50,000 bond.Warrenton Police Department began an investigation against McGee-Walters in June 2017, according to a report leading to the charges. The state’s Division of Family Services at the time provided information to police about a past child molestation regarding the two victims.Police interviewed the two reported victims and were told the molestation occurred sometime in December 2012 at a home on Southside Avenue in Warrenton. One of the girls, who was 11 at the time, told police McGee-Walters had touched her breasts while she objected. The girl also alleged that McGee-Walters had taken her and a younger girl into a bathroom and molested them, according to the police report. McGee-Walters allegedly removed her clothing and forced the girls to touch her.One of the victims recalled McGee-Walters telling them not to tell a parent about the incident.Investigators later interviewed McGee-Walters, who allegedly made statements similar to those from the victims.
