Businesses in downtown Warrenton are starting their Halloween fun a couple days early with their “Witches and Wine” event on Oct. 29.
The evening of shopping and dining begins with goodie bags passed out at the Schowengerdt house on Main Street, along with a fire pit to enjoy outside Main Street Real Estate next door. Deerfield’s on Main, Blue Anchor and Maw Maw’s cupboard will offer wine tastings and special deals, while other businesses will be giving away treats and goodies.
Participants for the Witches and Wine event are asked to purchase tickets ahead of time, and will receive an etched “Witches and Wine” glass along with the event. Tickets can be purchased online for $10. For more information, go to https://fb.me/e/1EV0febcX.
The Witches and Wine event is sponsored and hosted by the Warrenton Downtown Association.
