The Wright City Wildcats qualified for tomorrow's final in all five track events at the Missouri State High School Activities Association track and field meet.
The Wildcats earned finishes of eighth or better in preliminary races in all five events to advance to tomorrow's final races. Wright City senior Jeremiah Davis will compete individually in the Class 3 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash finals May 27. Davis placed third in the 100-meter and 200-meter prelimary races. He placed fifth in the 400-meter dash preliminary race to advance to the finals. Davis will also compete with Devin Myers, Blake Hogan and David Riggs in the 4x200-meter relay after placing sixth in the preliminary races Friday. Junior Elizabeth Riggs will compete in the Class 3 300-meter hurdle final for the second consecutive year after placing eighth in the prelimary races.
Four Warrenton athletes competed in Class 4 at the state meet Friday. Zach Bristol and Morgan Marschel each placed 13th in the Class 4 400-meter dash. Avery Shaw placed 15th in the discus competition. Deacon Forrest competed in the high jump.
Shaw is slated to compete in the Class 4 shot put competition tomorrow. Madelyn Marschel will compete in the Class 4 800-meter run.

Avery Shaw (Warrenton)- Class 4 Girls Shot Put, 9:30 a.m.
Jeremiah Davis (Wright City)- Class 3 100-meter dash final, 11:48 a.m.
Wright City Boys 4x200-meter relay- Class 3 final, 12:20 p.m.
Jeremiah Davis (Wright City)- Class 3 400-meter dash final, 1:55 p.m.
Elizabeth Riggs (Wright City)- Class 3 300-meter hurdle final, 2:15 p.m.
Madelyn Marschel (Warrenton)- Class 4 800-meter run final, 2:40 p.m.
Jeremiah Davis (Wright City)- Class 3 200-meter dash final, 3:15 p.m.
