Organizers of the first ever Red, Wright and Blue Motorcycle Fest have pushed the police fundraiser to Aug. 19.The event had been planned for April 29 at the Ceder Lake Cellars winery in Warren County. A severe weather forecast forced organizers to put that plan on hold.“We waited as long as we could hoping that the rain would move north or south, but no chance,” said state Rep. Bryan Spencer in a press release. Spencer is a chief driver of the event.“Pray for a nice day on Aug. 19. Too many people have worked too hard and too many people invested money to make this day a huge success; we can’t have it rain on our event,” he said. The National Weather Service is predicting heavy rain throughout the weekend and has issued a flash flood watch throughout central and southern Missouri.Motorcycle festival
