Warren County Alcohol and Drug Reduction Support (WARS) will host an educational program about bullying Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Black Hawk Middle School Commons, 300 Kuhl Ave., in Warrenton. The public is invited.WARS is a united community effort to provide information, activities and resources that empower youth, engage families and impact the residents of Warren County.This event is the first in a series of community education events that will help reduce bullying and other aggressive behaviors and increase resiliency and self-esteem in youth.This program will look at how bullying happens, what bullying looks like, why people engage in it and what people can do to help.Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.Bullying
