The Warrenton boys soccer squad opened the season with a home win against Missouri Military Academy.
Warrenton (1-0) beat Missouri Military Academy 2-1 last week. The Warriors jumped out to a 1-0 halftime lead. Warrenton and Missouri Military Academy each scored one goal in the second half.
Evan Donovan and Nolan Donovan each scored one goal for Warrenton. Bryan Guerrero was credited with an assist on one of the goals.
Owen Thompson recorded seven saves for the Warriors.
Warrenton is slated to host North Point today. The game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. Warrenton will play at Wright City Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 10 a.m. They are also scheduled to play at Winfield next week.
