The Warrenton Warriors used strong offensive and pitching performances to advance to Tuesday's district semifinal.
Warrenton beat McCluer 15-0 in three innings. After a scoreless first inning, the Warriors scored nine runs in the second inning and six runs in the third inning to clinch the victory.
Tyler Oliver threw three scoreless innings for Warrenton. Oliver struck out eight of nine batters he faced. He did not allow a baserunner.
Warrenton will face St. Dominic in tomorrow's district semifinal. The game will be played at 4 p.m. at Fort Zumwalt East.
