The Warrenton boys basketball team recently defeated Sullivan 59-48 on Jan. 13. Junior Deadrick Forrest led the Warriors in points with 15, while Brandon Johnson and Taylor Anderson both recorded eight points.
On Jan. 14, the Warriors fell one point short to Bowling Green in a close 45-44 contest. Forrest led the team in points again with 15, while Brodey Meier recorded 10.
The Warriors now hold a 6-3 season record. They will play next in the Mid-Missouri Invitational on Jan. 17 to take on Brunswick.
