The Warrenton Lady Warriors dropped two GAC North games within the past week.
Warrenton (1-8) fell to St. Charles West in their first completed home GAC North game of the year last week. Warrenton fell to St. Charles West 9-1.
Warrenton fell behind early, with St. Charles West scoring four goals in the first eight minutes of the game. St. Charles West added a fifth goal in the 15th minute.
Warrenton scored first in the second half. Junior Kylie Overkamp scored from outside the 18-yard box to put the Lady Warriors on the board. Warrenton surrendered a goal less than a minute later. They surrendered three more goals, with the last goal coming with under four minutes remaining in the game.
Warrenton also fell 9-1 to North Point in a home GAC North game. A portion of the first half of the game was played March 30. The game was completed April 10. Warrenton trailed 7-1 in the first half before the game was delayed due to severe weather. North Point scored two goals in the second half Monday to earn the 9-1 win.
