A district title continued to evade the Warrenton baseball team, as the Warriors fell 7-2 to St. Charles West in the Class 4 District 7 championship game on Thursday.St. Charles West offset a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the fourth, scoring off a pick-off play between first and second base.Senior Ben Stephens started on the mound, before retreating to the bench in the fifth inning, as St. Charles West tacked on four more runs.Freshman Chris Vogt entered in relief, but the Warriors were never able to recover the runs.It was Warrenton's second appearance in the title game, also losing to St. Charles West in 2013.Warrenton ended the season 13-11.Lutheran South 5, Wright City 2: The Wildcats fell in the Class 3 District 6 championship on Thursday at John F.
