A Warrenton woman, 60, was involved in a two-vehicle accident with a Troy woman, 33, in Warren County on July 25, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred when the Warrenton woman was traveling north on Highway 47 at Hummel Lane. The Warrenton woman signaled she was going to turn right and the Troy woman attempted to pass her on the right shoulder on her Yamaha motorcycle.
The Troy woman struck the Warrenton woman’s vehicle while attempting to pass, according to the patrol.
The Troy woman sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis via ambulance.
The Warrenton woman did not report any injuries in the accident, according to the patrol.
