A Warrenton woman remains in serious condition following a Monday evening head-on collision that left another woman dead.Mercy Hospital Lincoln physicians declared Brittany L. Kemp, 28, of Hawk Point dead two hours after an accident with Rebecca A. Chemin, 39, of Warrenton, who Lincoln County Emergency Medical Service personnel transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis with serious injuries.According to a report by Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper N.A. Cockrum, the crash occurred around 9:55 p.m. when Kemp drifted into Chemin’s lane while traveling east on Highway 47, west of Route AA in Lincoln County. Kemp struck head-on with Chemin and was pronounced dead at 11:47 p.m. Both drivers were wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident.Chemin is an employee of the Child Evangelism Fellowship USA Ministries in Warren County.Fatal Accident
