A Warrenton woman who was at a home where a person died of a suspected heroin overdose last Feb. 3 has been charged with felony drug possession.Monica G. Feisel, 42, is charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.According to court documents, Warren County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a sudden death call at the 700 block of Wabash Street in Truesdale. Feisel told police that she and the victim had been using heroin. Feisel had hidden the drugs and paraphernalia at first, but later led police to the items.Feisel stated she was using heroin prior to the victim’s sudden death. Police said they found multiple syringes and two spoons with resin and burn marks on the premises.Feisel is being held on $10,000 bond.Warrenton Woman Faces Drug Charges
