The city of Warrenton unveiled five new military banners that will line Main Street and Highway 47 in the city limits at the Nov. 5 board of aldermen meeting. Among those is active duty servicemember Mattison Halter who is currently deployed overseas. Her parents Matt and Tracy Halter, pictured above, were present at the meeting to see the banner before it was hung.
