Tuesday, Nov. 19
State Highway 47/College Avenue, two vehicle accident. Vehicle one was driving on State Highway 47 in the right lane and vehicle two was in the left lane. Vehicle one did not slow down when the right lane ended and hit vehicle two. There was damage to both vehicles and no vehicles were towed.
N State Highway 47, operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound on State Highway 47 when it made an abrupt and last minute right turn into a business from the left lane and cut across an open lane of travel. Two passengers were found to have warrants and were arrested on the scene. The driver was issued a citation for not having insurance.
Thursday, Nov. 21
State Highway 47/E Booneslick Road, two vehicle accident. Vehicle two was driving southbound on State Highway 47 in the right turn lane to turn right onto Booneslick Road. Vehicle one was in the straight lane to continue on State Highway 47 when they elected to turn right onto Booneslick Road and struck vehicle two’s driver's side door. Both vehicles suffered minor damage.
Monday, Nov. 25
Montgomery Avenue, motor vehicle accident. Driver one stated they were flustered while driving and felt the vehicle was drifting right, when they overcorrected and crashed into a parked vehicle. No impairment was suspected. The owner of vehicle two was contacted and agreed to handle via insurance.
Wednesday, Nov. 27
Warren County Center, animal cruelty/abuse. A civilian witnessed an animal being kicked by owner. The owner was contacted and issued a citation for animal cruelty.
