Warrenton Police Department report for July 3-July 9

The Record
The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of July 3 through July 9.
Monday, July 3
Traffic stop conducted on vehicle for weaving and failing to have lights activated. Upon contact with the driver, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. After further investigation it was determined the driver was impaired. White, Male age 33 issued citations for driving while intoxicated and weaving. The subject was transported to his residence.
Tuesday, July 4
Unknown person damaged vehicle tarp. Estimated cost of loss $508.00.
Friday, July 7
Unknown subject failed to scan and pay for a small, wireless battery pack while at a self checkout register. Estimate cost of loss $8.68.
Vehicle verses pedestrian. Vehicle stopped at end of Eastbound Interstate 70 exit ramp at Highway 47. The driver was looking North checking for traffic when bicycle approached from the right. The vehicle moved forward and struck the pedestrian who was riding the bicycle at the time. The cyclist was transported to the hospital by EMS for further evaluation.
Store employee observed woman conceal items into her bag. Officer recovered four animal care items from her bag totaling $102.96. White, Female age 35 was arrested and transported to the Warren County Jail Facility. Citation issued for stealing.
Saturday, July 8
Unknown subject(s) used black ink and wrote on the walls of the men’s restroom at the dog park. Estimated cost of loss $100.00.
Sunday, July 9
Two vehicle accident. Driver One was backing up to allow more room for a semi to turn and His vehicle struck the front of Vehicle Two. No injuries reported. Both vehicles were operational and able to be driven from the scene.
Unknown subject(s) took red and white, 1999 Suzuki Intruder Motorcycle from residence. Estimated cost of loss $200.00. Under investigation.
