The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of February 5 to February 18, 2024.

Monday, February 5

• Oaklawn Avenue, animal at large. A citizen witnessed a pig at large on Oaklawn Avenue. The pig was gound to be in good health and was transported to the animal shelter. The owner was contacted and a citation issued.

Friday, February 16

• Dogwood Drive and North State Highway 47. Two vehicle accident. Vehicle one was heading northbound on Highway 47 with tires spinning because of the weather conditions. Vehicle one lost control and collided with vehicle two. Significant damge was observed by both vehicles. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Prime Towing.
