Warrenton Oil Company (WOCO), operator of FastLane convenience stores and wholesale fuel sales, has announced the appointment of Dana Moloney as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 21, 2026.
Moloney's tenure includes years of experience across WOCO's retail, food service, fuel, and other operations. Most recently, this includes a leadership position as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Moloney also serves as President of WOCO Transportation.
Dana represents the third generation of family leadership at WOCO, continuing the family's longstanding commitment to the company, WOCO said in a press release.
“We have been thoughtfully preparing for this generational transition for years. Dana brings a deep understanding of our company, our people, and our values, and I'm confident she is the right leader to carry this legacy forward while shaping future growth,” said Wayne Baker, Chairman of the Board.
Upcoming milestones under Moloney's guidance include opening a new FastLane location in Moscow Mills during late 2026 and transitioning current Shell brand locations to Phillips 66. In these ventures and many others to come, her focus remains on “building on the strong foundation established over the past 50 years,” with an unwavering commitment to “serving our employees, customers and communities,”according to the release.
