A Warrenton man was one of two people airlifted to a St. Louis hospital after an early morning crash Feb. 6.
Camren W. Love, 21, was a passenger in a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu that was involved in a one-car crash at 1:53 a.m. on Highway W North of Leo Lane.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle, driven by Kayden T. Boyd, 19 of Catawissa, was traveling south on Highway W. Boyd failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a tree, and overturned.
Boyd was ejected from the vehicle. The report indicates it was unknown if he was wearing his safety device.
Love, the Warrenton man, is listed as not wearing his safety device.
Both men were airlifted to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by Arch Helicopter with serious injuries. No additional information about their injuries was immediately available.
The car was listed as totaled and towed from the scene.
