A Warrenton man was killed Sunday afternoon, May 5, in a motorcycle crash in St. Charles County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.Jerry W. Wilson, 58, was pronounced dead at the crash site, according to a preliminary report. He was riding a 2013 Harley-Davidson Sportster eastbound on Highway 94 near Klondike Park, east of Augusta, when the crash occurred around 1:40 p.m., the patrol said.Wilson reportedly failed to negotiate a curve in the road, causing the motorcycle to drive off the right side of the highway and strike a guard rail. Wilson was thrown from the vehicle, and was pronounced dead just after 2 p.m. by ambulance personal at the scene, the patrol said. Wilson was wearing a helmet.MOTORCYCLE CRASH
