A Warrenton man, 59, was involved in a two-car accident on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County on the morning of June 5, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He was traveling east on I-70 when he swerved to avoid a vehicle and traveled into the path of a second vehicle, driven by a New Florence man, 75, according to the patrol.
He sideswiped the New Florence man’s vehicle.
Neither driver sustained any injuries in the accident but an occupant in the New Florence man’s vehicle, a 72-year-old New Florence man, received minor injuries.
He was transported privately to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis.
