Kennyn Gravitt, 41, of Warrenton, was traveling west on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County early in the evening of Sept. 23 when he failed to slow down for traffic caused by an accident ahead, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He then struck the rear of Brian Jones' vehicle, who was then driven into the rear of Lisa Zoellner's vehicle. Jones, 28, of St. Peters, and Zoellner, 48, of Wentzville, were uninjured in the accident, according to the crash report.
Gravitt received minor injuries in the accident and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis by the St. Charles Ambulance District.
