A Warrenton man, 86, was injured in a single-car accident in Warren County on the afternoon of Jan. 27, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He was traveling south on Highway 47, south of Quarry Road, when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road and ran off the right side. From there he crashed into a dirt embankment, according to the patrol.
He sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis via ambulance. He was wearing his seat belt during the accident.
