A 67-year old Warrenton man sustained moderate injuries in a two car accident in St. Charles County at 3:43 p.m. on Nov. 4, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

A 67-year old Warrenton man sustained moderate injuries in a two car accident in St. Charles County at 3:43 p.m. on Nov. 4, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis by ambulance. A 21-year old O'Fallon man was also involved in the accident.
The O'Fallon man was traveling north on Route T at the intersection with Route N in St. Charles County when he failed to stop at the stop sign, according to the patrol. He struck the left side of the Warrenton man's truck and both vehicles traveled off the left side of the road.
The patrol reported the O'Fallon man did not sustain any injuries. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts during the accident.
As of Nov. 1, the Missouri State Highway Patrol no longer includes the names if those involved in accidents in their incident reports.
