A 20-year-old Warrenton man was hospitalized after being injured in a rollover crash Monday afternoon in St. Charles County.
The crash occurred at 1:45 p.m. near the intersection of Highway A and Josephville Road near Wentzville.
According to the crash report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 80-year-old Pauline M. Stokes, of Wentzville, made a left turn from Josephville Road onto Highway A, into the path of the 2001 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Nathan C. Dannenmueller, of Warrenton.
Dannenmueller struck the left side of Stokes' 2003 Nissan Altima, causing Dannenmueller's vehicle to overturn. The crash report states than Dannenmueller was not wearing his seat belt.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis with moderate injuries. No other information about either driver's injuries was immediately available.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
