A Warrenton man was charged with leaving the scene of an accident following an incident at approximately 4:59 a.m. June 30.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Travis Mcnatt, 33, Warrenton and the victim were together. After an altercation, the victim and Mcnatt left and Mcnatt followed the victim in his Chevrolet truck. Mcnatt allegedly rear ended the victim’s vehicle and after the collision left the area. Later, Mcnatt admitted to driving into the victim’s vehicle and leaving the scene.
A warrant was issued for Mcnatt’s arrest on Oct. 27.
