A Warrenton man was charged with harassment and driving while revoked or suspended following an incident Nov. 2.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy responded to a location where they made contact with a victim who said Matthew Dobbs of Warrenton walked onto their property, knocked on the door and indicated to two victims that their time is coming while pointing finger guns at the victims. The victim who spoke to the deputy said she was upset because she was scared of Dobbs.
The deputy later contacted Dobbs who admitted he drove to the victim’s property, Dobbs has four prior convictions for driving while his license was revoked, according to the affidavit.
A no bond warrant was issued for Dobbs’ arrest Nov. 3.
