A Warrenton man was charged with a felony count of driving with a suspended or revoked license following a traffic stop in Wright City Aug. 27.
According to a probable cause affidavit submitted by Wright City Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop of a maroon 1995 Chevrolet Astro at the eastbound Interstate 70 on ramp at Wildcat Drive around 8:46 p.m. Aug. 27. The driver Brian Huber, 59, Warrenton, had multiple warrants for his arrest including multiple warrants for driving while suspended or revoked.
According to the affidavit, the officer detained Huber and Huber reached into his pants pocket and removed a glass smoking device with residue consistent with methamphetamine use.
According to the affidavit, Huber has two prior felony convictions for driving while suspended or revoked.
