Nicholas A. Logan, 36, of Dogwood, has been charged with felony child abuse and second-degree domestic assault, a misdemeanor. A $10,000 bond has been set.
Warrenton police responded to Logan's residence following a report that a female victim had been struck in the face and knocked unconscious by Logan, according to a probable cause statement. The woman also reported to police that Logan had struck a 12-year-old boy in the home.
A police officer entered the residence and observed the boy with a swollen lip and other marks consistent with being involved in the altercation.Warrenton man charged with domestic assault
