A Warrenton man and woman were charged with assault following an incident at 1001 Barberry Court in Warrenton Oct. 5.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warrenton Police Department, an officer made contact with the victim who stated she went to Marcus Wray and Jessica Lemle’s home and ended up engaged in a verbal argument. According to the affidavit both Wray and Lemle struck the victim in the face multiple times. The victim had blood on her lips and complained of pain in her jaw area, her shirt was also ripped, according to the affidavit.
A $5,000 cash only bond was issued for Lemle on Nov. 7, while at $10,000 cash only bond was issued for Wray Nov. 10.
