A severe thunderstorm can produce hail 1 inch or larger and winds that reach over 58 mph.During the watch people should prepare for the possibility of a severe thunderstorm, including knowing where to go for safety in case of strong weather conditions.The severe thunder watch was issued by the National Weather Service.Numerous counties are under the same watch including Franklin, Mongomery and St. Charles.Severe Weather Warning
