The Warren County R-III School Board unanimously approved numerous contracts during their June 12 meeting.
Cost-share agreement with Truesdale:
The Warren County R-III School Board unanimously approved a cost-share agreement with Truesdale for a police vehicle dedicated to a school resource officer at Rebecca Boone Elementary. The total cost of the police car is $74,282.42. The R-III School District will pay up to a maximum cost of $37,141.21. This number is not concrete as Truesdale will be applying for grants to lower the cost to the school district.
Arbiter Contract:
The R-III school board approved a contract with Arbiter, a company that helps place sports referees within the Gateway Athletic Conference for the 2025-26 school year. The school district used Arbiter last fiscal year. The total cost is $4,225.
Auditing Service Contract:
R-III will continue to use Fick, Eggemeyer and Williamson for auditing services in the 2025-26 fiscal school year. The total cost is $16,300.
