Summer School SRO:

The school board approved a contract with the city of Warrenton to provide school resource officer (SRO) services for summer school. R-III and the city will split the costs 50/50. The Warrenton Police Department will assign one full-time law enforcement officer for summer school. This individual will rotate among Warrenton High School, Black Hawk Middle School, Warrior Ridge Elementary and Alpha Academy.

Lewis-Bade Surveying Contract:

The school board approved a contract with Lewis-Bade to survey the track and baseball field in order to develop a plan to help with the water drainage. District officials stated there have been issues with water running off the track and onto home plate. This contract will allow Lewis-Bade to survey what needs to be done to combat this issue and find a solution. There is not a concrete price estimation but the contract could cost up to $15,000.
