New Warren County Prosecuting Attorney Rodney McKinney, of Marthasville, was sworn into office at the Warren County Courthouse by Presiding Judge Richard Scheibe on June 23.
McKinney was appointed to the vacant office by Gov. Mike Kehoe last month.
