A registered sex offender was sentenced to 18 years in prison on new charges for molesting a 10-year-old boy.The sentence was handed down in a hearing Tuesday, according to court records.In February, Douglas E. Hahn, 42, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of first-degree child molestation.The Warren County Sheriff’s Department began an investigation June 3, 2013, into allegations that Hahn had sexually abused the boy. Authorities said the boy reported that Hahn had inappropriately touched him over his clothing. The incident occurred at Hahn’s residence in the 29000 block of St. James Street, according to deputies.Hahn was previously convicted in St. Louis County Circuit Court in 1992 of two counts of sodomy involving two female victims, ages 7 and 8, according to the sheriff’s department.Douglas E.
