A Warren County man was arrested Saturday night for allegedly stabbing another man, according to authorities. Joseph McAffie, 30, of the 13000 block of Ridgewood Drive, Wright City, was subsequently charged with one felony count for both armed criminal action and first-degree assault. He is lodged in the Warren County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bail.Deputies were dispatched to Ridgewood Drive, located off Highway F south of Wright City, for the report of an assault involving a weapon around 5:32 p.m. According to the probable cause statement, McAffie and the male victim had gotten into a fist-fight earlier in the evening. The victim then returned with friends and witnesses told deputies they observed McAffie allegedly stab the victim with an object he appeared to be concealing in his right hand.
