The Warren County Health Department will host their annual Kids Safety Day on Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the County Administration Building.
The event will include a variety of booths and vendors for kids to have fun and parent to learn about safety measures.
The Boonslick Regional Planning Commission will offer a Car Seat Installation and Inspection Station for parents. There will also be free child ID cards and bike helmets while supplies last.
Other topics include pool safety, boating and life jacket safety, fire, 911 texts, severe weather and more.
Plenty of other local organizations will have a presence at the event as well, such as the Warrenton Police Department, Marthasville Fire Protection District, Missouri Poison Center, Turning Point Advocacy Services and others.
The event is free to attend and there will also be food available to purchase.
