The following is a summary of the June 2024 food inspections performed by the Warren County Health Department:
Railroad Days. Bruer Park Truesdale, MO 63380. Casa Tequila, Dutchie Cakes, Fern and Flute, Papu’s Temporary, and Tipsy Pony Party Bar. Routine. 6/1/2024. All temporary food vendors at this event had all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food.
Maggie Grace Vendor Fair. 111 W. Booneslick RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Southern Grace Coffee, and The Treat Box. Routine. 6/1/2024. All temporary food vendors at this event had all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food.
Sweet Surprises. 515 Indian Lake DR Wright City, MO 63390. Commissary Opening Routine. 6/5/2024. This facility has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to freeze dry candy for retail purposes.
Happenstance Farms Horse Show. 0296 N. Stracks Church RD Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 6/6/2024. Savanah’s Sweet Horse Treats. This temporary food vendor at this event had all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to cook and serve food at this time.
Ball’s Q Shack. 100 W. N. 2nd Street Suite E Wright City, MO 63390. Re-Inspection. 6/6/2024. There was no compliance to Items from the most recent routine inspection.
Aldi Inc #63. 531 Anwijo Way Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 6/8/2024. There were no Core or Priority Items at this time.
K&R Market.15971 HWY 47 Marthasville, MO 63357. Routine. 6/8/2024. There were no Core or Priority Items at this time.
Renaissance Wine Garden. 29131 N. Stringtown RD Foristell, MO 63348. Routine. 6/8/2024. Priority Items: Cold Holding Temperature, A Cold Holding Temperature in a cooler was not at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit, due to a refrigeration unit not maintaining the correct temperature. Both of these Items were corrected on site. Core Items: Thermometers, a thermometer was missing from one of the refrigeration units. This was corrected on site.
Lake Sherwood Grill. PO Box 1085 Marthasville, MO 63357. Routine. 6/10/2024. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Pest Control, There were flies accumulated by the drain. Repairs, Drains needed flushing. A prep table leg had towels under it to level it out. All Items were corrected by the time of re-inspection on 6/24/24.
Dollar General. 455 W. Service RD Wright City, MO 63390. Re-Inspection. 6/14/2024. All Items from the most recent inspection have been corrected by the time of this re-inspection.
Fastlane Central. 710 N. HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 6/17/2024. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Hand Sink, There was no soap at the hand sink. This was corrected on site. Pest Control, There were excessive flies in the facility.
Denny’s #7603. 429 E. Veteran’s Memorial PKWY Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 6/17/2024. Priority Items: Toxics, There was an unlabeled spray bottle in the facility. This was corrected on site. Food Contact Surfaces Cleaning, The toasters were excessively soiled. This was corrected on site. Cold Holding Temperature, Foods at prep station not being held at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Outer Openings Unprotected, Back door was propped open. This was corrected on site.
Walgreens. 701 HWY 47 Warrenton, MO 63383. 6/20/2024. Re-Inspection. All Items from the most recent inspection have been corrected by the time of this re-inspection.
Moser’s Foods 1035 Armory RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 6/20/2024. Priority Items: Food Contact Surfaces Cleaning, Meat grinder not being cleaned every 4 hours. Grinder not being sanitized between different meats. Core Items: Hand Sinks, No Paper Towels at both deli hand sinks. This was corrected on site. No soap at the front hand sink in the deli. This was corrected on site. Hand sink in the deli was being used for other purposes. This was corrected on site.
WOW Candy Co. LLC. 1032 East State HWY M Truesdale, MO 63383. Commissary Opening. Routine. 6/21/2024. This facility has all that is required by the Warren County Health Department to freeze dry candy for retail purposes.
