The following is a summary of the July 2024 food inspections performed by the Warren County Health Department:

Warren County Fair. 615 Fairgrounds RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. 7/3/2024. Upper Concession Stand, Aston Concessions, Tri-Cor Concessions, Two Reds Lemonade, No Items of concern at this time.

Lower Concession Stand Core Items: Ice machine needed cleaning, No sanitizer test strips, and 3 compartment sink used incorrectly.

Crable/Ozark Concessions, Core Item: Ceiling Leak due to rain over ware washing area.

Cowboy Q, Core Items: No soap or waste bucket at handwash station outside.

Mikey’s Pour House. 10 Wildcat DR Suite J Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 7/9/2024. Priority Items: Risk of Contamination, Fish was being stored next to lettuce. Toxic Storage, There were cleaners being stored next to food on the food counter. This was corrected on site. Core Items: Labeling, Swai Fish was being called catfish on the menu. This was corrected on site. Repairs: The walk-in cooler door, Wall and floor at the back door, ceiling tiles in several places, door jam at employees restroom, bar area tiles, all need repair and a cutting board needed to be replaced. Cleaning, container on counter, bottom of salad dressing cooler, walls, floors, mop sink, area around hand wash sink, cooks line prep cooler, hoods, bin under onions, and employee restroom, all needs cleaning. All was corrected by the time of re-inspection on 7/23/2024.

Ball’s Q Shack. 100 W. 2nd Street Suite E Wright City, MO 63390. 2nd Re-Inspection. 7/11/2024. Priority Items: Cleaning, The fry area table needs to be cleaned on a regular basis and or replaced with a smooth easily cleaned table. Core Items: Clutter, Clutter behind the front counter and at desk in the kitchen needs to be controlled and clean. Cleaning, Some refrigeration from most recent inspections still need to be cleaned. Fry area and stove Repairs, A bin freezer needs it’s broken seal replaced.

StlouisianaQ. 101 Locust Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. 7/19/2024. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Repairs, There are some walls that need painting, and the walls in the room where the ice machine is need finishing.

Innsbrook Conference Center. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. 7/30/2024. No Priority Items at this time. Core Items, Drawers at front cook’s line, Mixer arm, Walk in freezer floor at entrance, and all shelving units in and out of coolers need cleaning. Repairs, The back door needs a seal replacement.

Innsbrook Golf Course Parr Bar. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. 7/30/2024. Priority Item: The food for hot holding was not cooked to 165 degrees before putting on hot hold. Core Items: Pest control and screens are needed to control flies. A tent was needed over the cooking area. This was corrected on site.

Innsbrook Country Market. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. 7/31/2024. There were no Priority Items at this time. Core Items: Labeling and Dating, Food in line cooler and pies not properly labeled. Cleaning, Insides of all coolers in coffee shop and market need cleaning. Unnecessary Items/Clutter, There is clutter in the back room storage on the floor. Mop Sink, Mop sink in restroom is being used for storage not for its intended purpose. Food Arrangement in Refrigeration/Freezer Units, Food in a freezer in the market was not arranged properly. This was corrected on site.

Charrette Creek Commons. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. 7/31/2024. Priority Item: Employees eating at the food preparation line. This was corrected on site. Food Temperature Measuring Devices, There was no probe thermometer.
