John Claire, Market Master for the farmers market in Wright City, responds to the City of Warrenton Recreation Director's request to find someone new to take over the Warrenton Downtown Market. Claire learned about the city's new consideration from a November 14, 2013 article in the Warren County Record. Claire approached the City of Warrenton on Tuesday, November 19, to discuss putting together a formal proposal in hopes of taking over the market. Then Claire met with the Warren County Record two days later, on a rainy Thursday in Wright City. Here's what he had to say...
